This item is a Hallmark 1999 The Toymaker's Gift Club Ornament. The back of the box says, "Santa's North Pole workshop is a busy place ... but the wise old toymaker enjoys taking time to reflect on each design he creates. He knows the joy it will bring to a child on Christmas morning and the importance of getting it ‘just right.'" This ornament "portrays a scene from Santa's legendary workshop." It was sculpted by Robert Chad. It features Santa wearing a "leather" apron with a teddy bear in one pocket and a silver screw in another. He is holding a toy Noah's Ark, looking at it thoughtfully. It measures approx. 5" high x 2 ¼" wide x 2" deep.
