Shipping Information:
USA- We use the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. Please note that we ship 2 times per week, excluding holidays.
Most orders shipped Priority mail to be delivered within 3 to 10 business days (depending on the destination).
International Friendly Shipping- We Ship all orders via United Postal Service PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL Mail to reduce broker fees on your end. You are responsible for fee incurred in your country regarding customs. Please ask for quote if you have a question. I recommend multiple orders to reduce the cost with combined shipping.
99% of our items can be shipped internationally, a few are too large or are restricted to only the USA.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns with no questions asked. please notify us before you send the item(s) back to us we will give you instructions & a Ref Number. Without the number we cannot accept your package. Returns must be done within 5 days from the time you received the package. All item(s) must be in new or unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, Only the cost of the item and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.
Special Orders- If you placed a special order we charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. (This only applies for large orders) Frequently Asked Questions:
